I knew it'd be Emily.

Bachelor news...as if it is news at all.  I knew it would be Emily....however, I was sad to hear on the "after the rose" show how many problems they've had since the taping.

Although I TOTALLY get it.  Shit.  Mr.FF and I aren't on a reality show where he is kissing and making out with 25 other woman and I have insecurity issues.  So, Emily, I get it.  I can't imagine how difficult it's been watching.

They had three of the successful couples from Bachelor/Bachelorette shows come on to give the couple advice.  One thing that they offered was to remember, no matter what is going on outside they are in a bubble and it's important to remember it's just them.  Nothing else matters, but what they have together.

It struck me.

One also said, there is a yacht, where their love started and it's wonderful, but after the show they are thrown on a boat...and they have to travel over rough waters to get to the paradise island.

I'm on that little boat.  In the rough waters, SCREAMING for reassurance...I feel like at any time my own issues will tip me over into the waters (or push him overboard) and I won't be able to recover.

My head jumps in at this point and tells me I will recover and I will make it to the island, but what if I get there and he's not with me?

I could get all indignant here and go with the "his loss" or "if he can't handle me at my worse then he doesn't deserve me at my best"...but those don't help how lost and hurt I will be if he doesn't come through the rough waters with me.

I will just take the advice of Dory from Nemo.  Just keep swimmin.

Meh.

Jeez, back to reality TV.  I really hope that Brad and Emily make it happen...and work things out.  I think they make a great couple. :)

Random Tuesday...is today a random day?

I always type an "e" at the end of Randome.
What's up with THAT?

BTW. This is my 900th post...holy schnikies.

I am mad, sad, aggravated, etc about the Bears loss this weekend. Seriously? This was for a chance to go to the Super Bowl...dammit.

However, in true albeit Packer fan friend fashion, this cheered me up.

Then it promptly reminded me that I am dangerously creeping up to my "Weight Watchers goal" weight...which is not a good thing. I can not and DO NOT want to gain anymore weight. Yet, I've reverted to all of my old, BAD BAD habits. Must.get.back.on.board.

Did I tell you about my New Year's resolution? What the hell, it's only Jan 25th, why not tell you now? MR.FF will be glad to know...I have not touched his phone to snoop through it since the new year. As tempting as it is, I have refrained. I've not signed in on his facebook either.

Gonna go with trust *says through gritted teeth*-I'll keep you posted, so far so good.

I'm (of course) watching the Bachelor...anyone? anyone? *punches self in the eye for attention* How 'bout now?

C-R-A-Z-Y!

Idol...watching that too...and surprisingly (for me, maybe not millions of other women in the world) I'm kinda attracted to Steven Tyler. After they show him and I adjust in my seat a little, I have to wonder...how much work has he had done? His face is taunt, no?

Not so surprisingly, I have to adjust in my seat for Jo-lo too. Mr.FF doesn't like how nice and goody goody she "appears" to be on the show. Again, not so surprisingly, he likes NAUGHTY NAUGHTY girls. *cough*

Since we're randomly speaking...but on the topic of reality TV...Boston Rob and Russell will both be returning on Survivor. Discuss amongst yourselves. I love the idea...and hope hope hope they (the other contestants) don't vote them off right away. I think they should team up and make a mad crazy duo.

HOLY COW, My cousin posted a picture of her Dotson (ie; Wiener dog, if you didn't know)puppy on her lap... must.refrain.from.inappropriate.comments.can't.look.

Happy Tuesday Blogosphere.

While the mice are away...

My kitty will play.

Is that how the saying goes?

My kids are gone for their fall break with Capt'n Cancel.

I know.  *picks jaw up from floor*

*picks you up from floor*

I am THRILLED for them that he made a plan and stuck to it.  Plus, they are going to Wisconsin Dells...so I KNOW they will have fun.

Oddly, or not so oddly, you'd think that I would do something really fantastic the minute they left last night.  However, not even five minutes after they left, you could find my butt on the couch, eating leftovers for dinner and watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

I don't usually watch this show...but it was like a train wreck, I just had to watch...and once I started, there was no stoppin me.

Are these women for real?  Seriously?  Tardy for the Party?

Truth be told...I couldn't take my eyes off the boobs...and if the dress was gonna stay on or not during the performance.  I don't even swing like that, but it was MESMERIZING.  For the love of Pete.

Anyboobs, after my eye full of this show I went over to Mr.FF's.

What's a girl without kids to do?

After watching the normal TV, Survivor and Ultimate Fighter, we switched on Dog the Bounty Hunter  (new season started 10/6/10).

I love me some Leeland Dog the Bounty Hunter marathons.

But...talk about boobs.  Geez Louise.  I wonder how do these woman walk around with those big things?

I am rethinking my Halloween costume....I think I should have been this...but I'd need some extra boobage.

beth smith chapman Pictures, Images and Photos

Mr.FF would be an awesome Dog, I think.

That folks, is what a girl does when her kids aren't home, apparently, sit in complete confusion over the size of these women's breasts.  Holy chiropractor bills, I am glad Mr.FF is an ass man.

Random Jizz...

Serenity Now!! Insanity Later...

Welcome.
I am running low on time today, therefore it's random Tuesday time.

Ready?

Set.

Go.

Big Brother love, yo. For a great spoiler site, check out BBDish.

Two lines that have made me laugh out loud...one already aired...and the second one probably won't air.

First one was from the blonde after a Head of Household competition where they had to grab on to some Oscar Meyer Wieners, dripping in ketchup and mustard, and hang on while it swung across to the other side. Her line:
‎
"I lost my dignity on a slippery wiener" - Brittany BB12

*snort*

The next one, needs no explanation.

Ragan the gay guy: "It's like hot and muggy. This is what I imagine the inside of a vagina must be like."

Matt: "It's exactly like this."

*buahaha*

I love this show, but I love the spoiler blogs even more. Thanks to BBDish for the...um, the dish.

****
I am taking extra breaths for next week and the weeks to follow.
Bubba starts football.  Monday thru Friday practice from 5-7.
Buggy starts karate.  Tues and Thurs 5:30-6:15.
Not to mention my normal work schedule and the kids' counseling every Friday.

Hey, when I fill my plate, I fill it to the last bit.

However, I am dating someone who is WORSE than me.
He's gonna coach Burger's team, Onion is playing too.
Plus the cake business, oh and he's Popcorn Dad for Cub Scouts.
Not to mention his normal work schedule.

I might be crazy, but he takes the cake.  (and makes the cake. heheh)

*****
August is going to be a crazy busy month, besides the extra curricular activities...

8/7 I am surprising Buggy with an EARLY birthday present.  I am taking her to see the Jonas Brothers.

*EEEE*

I am so excited to take her to her first concert.  She is going to shit bricks.  I can't wait.

8/14 JIMMY BUFFETT.  Oh yes.  I had such a great time last year that I am going again this year.

Mr.FF is a virgin to the debauchery that is the pregame Buffett!!  I can't wait to introduce him to the fun.

(Jump in sweetie the water is fine)

8/21 MIGHT just be a free weekend with no plans! *gasp*  I am not holding my breath on that one though. ;)

8/25 School Starts.

8/28 Bubba's football games start.

*good times*

*****

I want to go on a vacation...maybe it's just the upcoming schedule that has me tired, but yeah...
I want to go to the Smokey Mountains.
Just me, Mr.FF, a hot tub, a great view and a case of beer or two.
Just sayin.

*****

My Bestie might be here this weekend.... that makes me happy.

*****

Random Peace Out.

OH MY...

The things that they can get away with in foreign countries.... ahahah

SPEAKING OF SCANDALOUS....
Big Brother 12 starts tonight...EEEEEEEE

Friday, March 12, 2010

50% isn't bad, but it's NOT GREAT.

I'd like to remain in the fantasy that I'm great.

Just sayin.

My predictions for Idol last night were 50% right.

I was shocked, to say the least and a little more sad than I thought I'd be when the results were given.

I would like to thank the idol people for giving me a heart attack. Two guys standing; one going home and one staying.

Craptastic.

My favorite guy, Andrew Garcia, was one of the guys standing.

The other guy Alex Lambert, I've been becoming more of a fan of his as each week passes. Something about his voice made me a little wet hot, not gonna lie. Then that feeling passes when I see the mullet and think about his age, but he could sing to me anytime.

I was glad that Andrew made it through, but to see Alex cry as bad as he did last night, broke.my.heart. for real.

What hurts the most is now I have to listen to Chicken Little 2, Crispy (Aaron Kelly) again for another week.

My ears are crying just thinking about it.

The girls, Vicki should be happy that the "creepy girl" is gone, but I was surprised for a few reasons. 1) I could have cared less who went, but thought Paige should have been gone. 2) with the two standing at the end, I thought Katie was gonna go before Lilly.

My heart wasn't as broken, however, because I think that Crystal is the best girl.

And that's all I'm gonna say about that...

Movin on to my other shock of the night.

Survivor. Really?

Really. James, INJURED, unable to run/walk/compete is MORE valuable to the Heroes (why can I never spell that word without looking it up???) tribe than Tom?

I think Tom is a douche, but STILL....James? What kind of pull does he have over these people?

I agree with Tom when he said in reference to James, "All mass, no class".

WORD.

My word of advice for JT, man up, either you're a heroe or you're a villain. Take the game by the reigns baby and run that shit. mmk?

Can't wait to see the battle between Russell and Boston Rob next week, let's get dirty boys. AAAhhhhh YYEEEEAAAAHHH.

And that's all I'm gonna say about that.

Now what?

*pumps chest and throws hands in the air antagonizingly so*

Now I gotta pay the piper.

Rats, this is why I'm not a betting woman.

I never win.

Ah well.

Here it goes.

Dear Sissy from My Kids Might be Martians,

Fine.

You win.

The Bachelor chose Vienna.

Whateves.

Even though, clearly (through editing and the magic of TV), Tenly was the PERFECT CHOICE. Some men just follow their penis and not their brain.

What can I say? This HOPEFUL romantic really wanted him to go for the sweet, innocent, honest, classy, "perfect" girl.

Not my bed, I guess.

So, I will send you your bag of Bit O'Honey *gag*, I hope you enjoy it.

Please be patient, I am a procrastinator and it's not "put out the cheap nasty Halloween candy" time in our local stores.

*smiles*

Yours truly,
Stacie

So I really have no other words for Jake of the Bachelor.

Well, except this, I hope you're right. I hope she is TOTALLY different than what they are putting out in the tabloids. However I think *most* rumors have a slight bit of truth, so tread lightly. I'll be surprised if we see you getting married to Vienna (snausage) like the other past idiot bachelor.

Girl Talk...TV edition.

Today's topic for Girl Talk is Terrible/Embarrassing TV I watch.

I am not embarrassed about WHAT I watch more than I am embarrassed at the AMOUNT of tv I watch. It's really bad. I've thought about seeking out an Anonymous group for it...People who watch too much TV.

If I would put an elliptical in front of my TV and watch all the shows I watch, I might be considered an anorexic.

Anyway.
The sheer volume is outstanding...here is what is set to record on my DVR.

Let's take a minute first to thank the creater of the DVR and before him/her the creator of the VCR. *ahem*

We will start with Sunday Nights.
Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, and Amazing Race

Mondays.
Bachelor/Bachelorette

Tuesdays.
Biggest Loser, Idol (which are both now over for the summer WOOT)
--Idol...YAY Kris, I am so surprised he won, but HAPPY!!! Adam is a STAR and will go far regardless of losing last night.

Wednesdays.
LOST, America's Next Top Model, Make me a Supermodel, Idol Results,
-maybe THIS is embarrassing, BUT, I really really really wanted to watch the new 90210, but my DVR was already recording too much. :(

Thursdays.
Survivor, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Hell's Kitchen

Fridays.
Prison Break-HELLO Mr. Wentworth Miller you HOTTIE you. This was the last season though. :( I will miss your blue eyes, your hard exterior (dirty mind) and your hotness radiating through my tv screen.

*ahem*

Saturdays.
No recordings, however Buggy has picked up on my obsession and now has me recording (for her, not me) Jonas.

AND...starting TONIGHT
So you think you can Dance--so excited.

AND...in July.
BIG BROTHER!! BITCHES!!!...love love love.

The other night I did DVR Glee...and if I can fit it in my schedule next fall, I will watch that as well.

The shows I watch when I'm NOT watching DVR'd shows.
Daisy of Love. BAD.
The Millionaire Matchmaker. Patty cracks me UP!
Top Chef
Real World, Road Rules and the combo of the two the Duel/Inferno etc.

It's a lot. I fear there might be some I'm missing...but this list is embarrassing ENOUGH. :)

I really don't know how I cram this much tv into my life...amazing. Or pathetic. Whatever.

If you want to participate, go to Mommy Melee's and play along, or read other's embarrassing TV!

Is the grass ever greener?

I am going to go off, right about now.

I love reality T.V., I've confessed this before. Not new news.

I have watched The Bachelor and the spin off, The Bachelorette, since the beginning. I have been disappointed with the outcome of the show, hmmm, maybe 80% of the time. Eh, probably more like 95% of the time. Here are the reasons for my disappointment:

1) they don't choose the person that *I* think they should choose (how dare they)

2) they do choose the person that *I* think they should choose, but are broken up before they even do the "After the Final Rose Show"

3) One Bachelor chose neither of the final two, I thought he was a REAL Jackass.

Last night, was a nail in the coffin for my disappointment list.

4) HE CHOSE the girl *I* thought he should choose, and proposed, continued the relationship for the 6 weeks after the show...and then...THEN...on the "After the Final Rose" show, he told her that he wanted to end it between the two of them, not because she wasn't perfect for him, because she was perfect for him. He wanted to end it because he COULDN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT THE GIRL HE LET GO.

*shock, dismay, disgust*

He wanted to see if things would be BETTER with the girl just six weeks prior he told he didn't love her. Is the grass greener? More manicured?

Worse part, he let go a GORGEOUS, SWEET girl (his words paraphrased), and asked his "second choice" to give him a shot...and she said YES she would.

Is your head spinning? Not poltergeist spinning, but spinning nonetheless?

O.M.G. Becky, this can't be serious. Anyway, tonight is part two of After the Final Rose, we'll see what happens, is happening or whatever. (Notice I haven't signed off from watching, so KUDOS Bachelor creators, you still have me hooked on your shitty ass no one stays together show, woohoo for you)

Oh, one final note. Best part of the After the Final Rose (can I pimp that term one more time?) is when Jason, The Bachelor, was telling Melissa (the one HE choose) that it isn't going to work out, she said, breathlessly, "You're such a Bastard".

Today's word for the day, Bastard. SUCK THAT NO CUSSING KID.

Moving to other reality shows that disappoint.

In walks Celebrity Apprentice.

Honestly, it wasn't the SHOW that disappointed. It was the cast, whom I boasted about, was excited about and BLOGGED ABOUT, seriously!

Dice, dude. What the hell?

I don't care if you've sold out Madison Square Garden and you're the only comic to do it. I wouldn't even have KNOWN this fact had you NOT said it so many times. You haven't sold it out in HOW MANY YEARS and you are NOW on Celebrity Apprentice...you are suppose to be WORKING for charity and you can't bring yourself to actually DO THE WORK?

You couldn't even put on a baker's hat for what it might MAKE you look like? Come on. Seriously, I am disappointed with your lack of effort. Then in the board room, you QUIT? Oh yes you did, you QUIT even if Trump wants to say you didn't, you did.

Take one for the team? Please, you took it alright, right out the door to FIRED-ville, take that cab ride back to wherever you've been hiding.

Next week, if the men lose, Rodman will be joining you. Mark my word. Bastards.

That's all I'm gonna say 'bout THAT.

I'm ova here now.

I have my everyday email address and my blog email address, I switch back and forth over the course of a day quite a few times.

Every time I switch I think of Andrew Dice Clay...the Diceman. I swear he has a skit where he says "I'm ova here naow" with his heavy (I'm guessing) NY accent, but I can't find that skit.

Guess what, he is going to be on Celebrity Apprentice. In all my reality loving T.V. watching, I have not be overly fond of the Celebrity Apprentice.

Celebrity Rehab, yes.
Sober House, (with Celebs), yes.
Celebrity Fit Club, yes.
Celebrity Apprentice, not so much.

Maybe it was the celebs that were chosen? Maybe it was the night that it was aired. For whatever reason, I haven't really watched it in the past.

I probably won't watch this time either, BUT the Celebs, are stellar! I mean, seriously, the Diceman? HILARIOUS. The smoking on stage, the hair, the leather, I just love it.

Here he is back in 1987, yo. I guess I like crude humor (those of you chuckling? it is probably why I like YOUR blog. ;) )

*warning, not appropriate for work, or if your child is nearby.*

Anyway, back to this season of Celebrity Apprentice. Have you seen the line-up? Here are the ones that are really making me rethink my Sunday night viewings...

Shut your mouth, it's Dennis Rodman.
Joan AND Melissa Rivers...oh, I can't wait for the smackdown.
Dice.
Tom Green??? love him.

For others that I don't really care about, click the link. People like one of the Kardashian sisters (who cares), some poker girl (and POKE her, WHATEVER), the token Playmate, etc.

With this cast, I might just watch, cause I know they are all going to kill each other. Or kill us with hilarity. At least I would hope.

so, will you be watching?

I haz post

Yes, yes I do haz post for you today.

Yet. I can't form it. **edit, it is funny when I say "I can't form it" and then I go on and on and on about it nonetheless. Writing is a form of therapy and I guess it does form eventually, maybe a little scattered, but it comes out.

At night when I lay down, all kinds of thoughts and ideas come to me. By morning, those thoughts are gone. I have said many times that I need to put a notepad by my bed at night to jot these things down. Alas I haven't yet.

If I remember correctly here is one of the things that floated around in midst of my sleepy mind carousel.

The Biggest Loser. I know, compelling isn't it. The things I think about before bed. Sorry it isn't more sexy than that. (maybe there are some sexy thoughts too, but this isn't that kind of blog, nor are they related in ANYWAY to the Biggest Loser and the issues spewed in the following post. I digress.)

I am so rooting for Michelle to win the Biggest Loser. There is so much of her story that I can relate to. The abandonment issues. The suffocating emotion she feels (or felt) towards her mother, relating to her mother divorcing her dad and leaving the home with her two sisters. My issues aren't identical to hers, but I can feel her pain.

In feeling her pain, I get overwhelmed with my own pain. I feel angry. As much as I FEEL that anger, putting it down on paper just doesn't happen. I try. I just can't fully express the anger through words to the level that I feel it.

At Al Anon the other night, a new (to our group) member spoke about her journey with her sponsor. She expressed how they were working on Step 4 - Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

I shared that this step is a boulder to me that I can't seem to climb over. It isn't that my head (or conscience) is clear of any wrong doings, far from it, but to put those down on paper and see them only make them real.

Plus I look at this step as healing, yet when I think about my wrong doings it only feels like a boxing match with myself. That is not the intention and I know that. When thinking of my wrong doings, I also think in terms of what others have done to me. That isn't the intention of this step either.

So how? How do I do this step? She assured me that writing them down...and putting them to the side or sharing them with a trusted friend would really help (in her opinion). So as I sit with pen in hand, I excuse myself right out of the activity. Surely there is laundry to be done, I think. Surely there is something on TV to take me out of MY state of mind. Surely...surely anything is less painful than this.

In that same meeting, another member was sharing about honesty and being honest with ourselves and others. How people put on this face of what they want others to see them as, yet it isn't. How what they say and what the do are farther from each other than that person gives off.

The entire time he spoke, I sank deeper and deeper into my seat, my palms started sweating. It felt as though he was specifically calling me out, when I know he wasn't, but it felt that way to me. Which has also had me thinking about this step 4, if I was feeling like I was hiding my true self or my true actions then I need to do something about it (make a searching and FEARLESS moral inventory of myself).

Even if I think that things are going to be BETTER for me after this divorce and even if I think that a lot of the unmanageably of my life is related directly to my marriage, I KNOW DEEP DOWN, that isn't entirely true. That my friends, scares me.

I do hope (and hope is a good thing) that when this divorce is over and I am on my way to settling into the new way of my life, that I will come back to this step and be able to tackle it. I do think that I am more AWARE of my feelings and actions, but what still baffles me is WHAT to do with them. HOW to change them, HOW to sort through it all and make sense of it. I am proud of how far I have come, but I know I can do so much more.

Maybe it is time that I look for a sponsor.

*even as I go to hit "publish post" on this blog...I hesitate. Oh well...."see you at the bottom"--COWABUNGA DUDE!

TAG, you're it.

I was tagged, I was tagged!

Why can't I be tagged with some great award? I kid, I kid.

Gotta Change IT, from Chicken Scratch is the tagger!

1. Link to the person who tagged you
2. Post the rules on your blog
3. Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself
4. Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs
5. Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on his/her website

*******************************************

1. I think about my flatulence way too much...if I were ever to get off of the crack known as fiber bars/cereal/pancakes maybe I could focus on other non-important things.

2. I am way too hard on myself to do everything, to BE everything to EVERYONE...no one else puts that pressure on me but me. In the end, I am only hurting myself trying to be it all.

3. I have absolutely NO WILL power...the damn candy from Halloween is HAUNTING ME, HAUNTING ME I SAY. This said haunting is showing up on my scale, yet I can't walk away. It is my other form of crack.

4. I eat way too fast...I guess I live in a hurry up kind of life. I am always telling the kids to hurry, myself to hurry, even if there is no need to hurry. Anyway, with the eating too fast, I find I am done a lot quicker than it takes my brain to process that I have even eaten. It leaves me wanting more, when I really don't need more.

5. I love reality tv. Love love love it. I think it allows me to escape MY reality and see other's reality (it is NOT SCRIPTED, PEOPLE ;)) and I love the escape. Though any tv show provides this escape for me, so does reading, but reality tv just makes me smile. I once went to a Jerry Springer show taping (I was in the audience, really, trust me, I wasn't ON the show), it was good (clean?) fun.

6. I am on my third book by Jodi Picoult, I really love her books. First one I read was Keeping Faith, LOVED IT. Then a friend loaned me My Sister's Keeper, LOVED IT. Now I am reading The Pact, LIKE IT--haven't gotten far enough to LOVE IT. Other authors that I have read and liked, Sandra Brown, Nora Roberts...and can't think of the others now. Recommendations are welcome, as I said it is another great way for me to escape MY reality, so I am goin to need all that escaping I can get. Unless someone wants to scoop me up and take me on a lovely vacation! (I like long walks on the beach, umbrellas in my drink, sun on my face...)

So there, 6 "non-important" facts about me. I am tagging...

Liz @ My Quarter Life Crisis
Jovi @ Dodge A Wrench (i haven't tagged jovi in a long time and I love her responses)
Bogart in P Towne I don't think I have EVER tagged him.
So What do you do all Day?
and last but not least....
Andrea @ Ordinary Life

Guilty Pleasures

There has been lots of talk lately about guilty pleasures when it comes to tv shows...here is mine.

MTV's Making the Band 100,000 (I don't know what number it is really)

I watch for him. I mean, I like Danity Kane, have their cd (the newest) and the other group Day 26, they are good too. However, Donnie, seriously makes me giddy.

Guilty of wishing he was my DR. Love...
Guilty of drooling over a YOUNGER dude...
He's so preppy...
He's so innocent...
You can see him blush when he is performing and he hears the ladies scream...humility is hot.

LOL so go ahead, laugh, but he is why I keep watching the show.

*giggling like a school girl*

Duck Jerky Jig

Duck Jerky, what? Never heard of it?
Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Growing up from the age of 12 on, I have lived in a hunting family. We have had Christmas dinners full of all kinds of different concocted meat dishes. Venison this, venison that, duck something-or-other, duck do-what, duck jerky, duck slim jims. Damn near every meat thing you can think of we have had with something other than beef or pork. The jerky though, man, it has affected me before but THIS time my step dad made it himself instead of having it professionally made. YIKES.

My duck jerky jig is more (if you need a visual) of a grasp my stomach, bend over in pain, and cover ass for what might sneak out during the jig. The jig resembles the pepto dance, have you all seen that commercial? OK, break in my blogging, I just did a search on Pepto to give you all a sneak peak to the dance, this is HILARIOUS. You can go to the website and create your own dance, here to you go...and what makes it more funny is the overly happy cowboy.

It is the weirdest, (ha, ha I can't believe I am blogging this...consider it a warning to NOT eat duck jerky...maybe just a note to myself to NOT do this again next year) when my kids say they have a tummy ache I always ask, "up high, or down low. Down low means poo-poo time, up high we might have more of a problem". Well, damn it, this is an UP HIGH hurt...but it is causing a down low reaction. I am going to die. Die a long, painful, smelly death by duck jerky.

On a happier note, I stopped at the gas station this morning and they had New York Peppermint Patty cappuccinos. YUM.

I laughed out loud last night watching Notes from the Underbelly the one mom had created a blog but it was a video blog. OMG, could you imagine videoing your blog? Although today, you would actually get to see my pepto duck jerky jig. (ugh, back to the jerky talk)

Also, Big Brother 9 is starting up early today, if you love this show and have to know what is going on in the house then you MUST read this spoiler blog, bb9dish! These girls do an amazing job at summing it all up for you. LOVE THEM. This is starting in February! YAY!

The Apprentice, starting in January, will be a celebrity edition...how exciting is THAT?.

Yes, it is going to be a great new year with lots of reality TV for me to enjoy.

Sleep, Pam?

Our routine at night is pretty set. Bubbaboy and I tuck Buggygirl into her bed (what a treat, FOR REAL) give her kisses and move on the living room. There awaiting us is the wonderful computer chair that serves as our rocking chair. We have blanket (any will do, whatever floats his boat that night), a pillow and a choosen toy. We sit, I turn on the tv, cause I am not sitting in a dark room or I won't make it til 9pm. :) Usually I have something dvr'd...yeah, I know its a nasty addiction. I pick the show I want to view and we rock. Rock, creak, creak. Time is coming for that boy's night time routine to change. He is just getting too big. I don't know who will miss it more to be honest. It would be nice though to just tuck him in like big sister, walk out and know he is going to sleep. *sigh* We got Buggy on that routine when she started school, I am sure I will use the same act on the Bubs. Few more years yet. *countdown begins NOW*

Normally while rocking and watching mommy's addiction, Bubba comments on who he "likes" on the shows. Dancing with the Stars, Jenny Garth my favorite too, c'mon, I am a 90210 girl. :) Survivor, Jaime. Biggest Loser, Isabeau..are you seeing a pattern? Ok, one last one. Beauty and the Geek, Jenny. What is with all the blondes. Nevermind all the reality tv I watch, that isn't the point. What draws him to blondes? yes all of these girls are pretty...but I just think it is funny he picks all blondes. Always does. His "girlfriend" at preschool, Bella, blonde. His favorite teacher, blonde, big boobs. HEY, maybe that is another common thread. In conjunction with my previous daydreaming post, I wonder if his "likes" will continue into his adulthood. I might be the mother in law to the next Pamela Anderson look alike. *shrugs*
